INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA FOR WEBSITE VISITORS

This Information Notice has been prepared by Grob Mimarlık Dizayn ve Yapı Ürünleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Company”), acting as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to Be Followed in Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform.

The purpose of this Information Notice is to inform website visitors regarding the processing of their personal data when they visit the Company’s website.

1. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

If you visit our website (“Website”) and/or subscribe to our newsletter, the following personal data may be processed:

4. Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, data subjects have the right to:

  • Learn whether their personal data is processed,

  • Request information if their personal data has been processed,

  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with such purpose,

  • Learn the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,

  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions stipulated in the Law,

  • Request notification of such correction or deletion to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,

  • Object to a result against them arising from the analysis of personal data exclusively through automated systems,

  • Request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing.

Requests regarding these rights may be submitted via e-mail to hello@grob.studio or in writing to the Company.

Pursuant to Article 14 of the Law, if the application is rejected, the response is deemed insufficient, or no response is provided within the legal period, the data subject may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days from the date of learning the response and, in any case, within 60 days from the date of application.

Applications must include name and surname, signature, Turkish ID number (or nationality, passport number, or ID number for foreigners), address for notification, e-mail address, phone number, and subject of the request. Applications lacking these elements may be rejected or directed to appropriate application channels.
